Canceling or modifying an order

With the exception of updating your credit card details you will need to contact us if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched, although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

We want to make you happy and to enjoy shopping at Mighty Ape. If you’re canceling your order because you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received, or if you’ve found the item cheaper elsewhere, please tell us so that we might have the opportunity to resolve your problem and keep you as a customer.
