Picking up an order

If you live in Auckland you have the option to pick up your order from our warehouse in Albany, North Shore City. Pick up orders do not incur a delivery fee.

To pick up an order, you must place an order as normal and select “Pick Up” in the Checkout. You cannot pick up an item without placing an online order first.

Our pick up hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. You will receive our address and pick up instructions when your order is ready to collect. Pick up orders are usually ready to collect with 1–2 hours of placing your order.
