Many thanks for all the games and DVDs that I have bought over the years. I would like to comment on the suburb service that I got when I ordered a game and discovered that I needed another game to install that one. The staff were only too kind in taking back the expansion CD and allowing me to order all the games I needed at no change in price, or on delivery. Thanks again guys.

I used to shop frequently at EB games or ebay but now I only shop at Gameplanet. The service is impeccable and I am never disappointed. The website is fantastic and there is so much choice and variety with games and DVDs. I don't think I'll be looking anywhere else for my game/DVD requirements anymore.

What most people forget to mention is the undeniable fact that the website simply rocks. Layout is clean and organized, navigation is fantastic, features are awesome, shopping is easy, payment options are vast, ad-panes are smartly placed, etc. The people who made the site know how stuff should work and they did a damn fine job at that.

I have to say that GP is the best video game store in NZ: their prices are always the best around and the shipping is lightning fast. The customer service is also top notch. If I ever want to buy brand new games I only go to GP for these reasons, you can't go wrong.
