My place to shop for games use to be EB Games but that's a thing of the past now. You guys FN rock! Good old EB cant keep up with "The Mighty Ape". You guys are amazing with your service! Yesterday at 3.55pm, having just arrived back from a trip to New York, I ordered "Breakfast at Tiffany's" as an anniversary present for my wife. Your website said order by 4pm and you will get it the next day. By the time I changed my address details for delivery and reset my password which I'd forgotten, the order went though at 4.05pm. I telephoned Mighty Ape and Dan answered. I asked him if I could still get the DVD the next day. He apologised and said no because of the large backlog of orders, but that I'd get it on Wednesday. I explained Tuesday is our 25th wedding anniversary and it would have special meaning to give my wife the movie on the day, because when we were in New York I suprised her by presenting her with an eternity ring at Tiffany's. Without hesitation he said he would go down to the warehouse personally to ensure it was delivered on time. Ten minutes later Dan gave me a call to confirm it was on its way. I received it before 9am this morning and will give it to my Wife tonight. Thanks Mighty Ape - brilliant and thoughtful customer service. Cheers

I placed my first order with you just before midnight on Sunday, it shipped Monday and I received it Tuesday afternoon. Fantastic service and what a great range of products you have! From the hard to find PS2 game I bought to a great selection of books and even the cult classic movie Hercules Returns. I placed my order mid-afternoon yesterday and paid the extra for rural delivery. I was expecting my delivery maybe Tuesday (rural delivery out here is usually a day after everyone else). I was STUNNED to see my parcel in the letterbox this morning, not even 24 hours after ordering. VERY, VERY impressed, thank you. :o)
