I ordered a couple of products from mightyape.co.nz and received an email straight away about delays and the kind for Christmas. Nevertheless, the next day I was told the items had shipped and they arrived in 3 hours. Thank you soo much!! I ordered Kingdom Hearts Re:coded on DS yesterday (Friday). Was not expecting it to arrive till the Thursday, but instead I got it today!! Right before New Years! This was the first time I have ever purchased anything online and Mighty Ape has made it very easy an stress free! The game is in perfect condition and I am very happy with purchase! Just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with your service recently. I have always used another large online NZ supplier of books and games in the past - but recently their service has not been able to keep up with Mighty Ape. All my orders from MA have arrived in a good time frame, the range of products is very broad and your prices are competitive. It is excellent that you have a phone line also, I have never used it, but its great to know that I wouldnt have to wait over 48 hours to resolve a simple issue. Always fast delivery, even for rural delivery like me. Just had two faulty Blu-rays and discs were supplied as soon as available and return envelope supplied so faulty discs could be returned. Trade Me sellers could learn A LOT from Mighty Ape and the excellent way it does business with its customers.

Thank you Mighty Ape for the best online shopping service I have ever experienced! I ordered just about all of my son's Xmas presents from you (Halo collectables that we couldn't find in any shops) and they arrived the next day. Even the Halo Ghost Ship which was meant to take 3-5 weeks from the US arrived well before Xmas. This has been the most stress free Xmas shopping, I am recommending to all my friends to avoid the shops and go to Mighty Ape :)

Wow, Mighty Ape are the best. I looked everywhere for this Doll and finally found it on the Mighty Ape website. As a first time buyer I wasn't sure about dealing with them, but I can tell you that I was over the moon. The steps that you have to do are so easy to follow and they notify you when you've been charged also when the goods have been shipped. I received within 2 working days!!!! Will def deal with them again!!!!!! Only thing is in trying to drag myself away from their site and it's not easy with all the bargains they have. MERRY XMAS MIGHTY APE :0(x) thanks sooooo much!!!
