Today we published a shiny new about Mighty Ape page that gives you the low-down on our company history, what makes us different, plus a picture of all 42 full-time members of the Mighty Ape team. We're a shy bunch, but we thought you'd like a peek behind the curtain…

Check us out and let us know what you think!

    @Mihai

    Mightyape do go out of their way to correct problems which happen (which is rare) I've had a few issues with orders (not turning up and damaged) and Mightyape have came to the party 110% committed to making the matter right.

    @Adam, sadly postage hold ups do happen. It is beyonds Mightyape's control how fast you get a game. Yes it is annoying when a new release game arrives late. Send them a message if your order had the fast delivery logo on the page.

    I have had major problems with Mighty Ape lately and will not be using this site again. First they could not supply the item that I ordered that was supposed to be in stock. Then my credit card was charged by Leona without my permission and to top it all off the order that I then cancelled as I wasn't happy paying twice the price for basically the same item was sent to me!!! I was told the order would be cancelled and that I would get a refund - didn't happen! Very poor service!!!

    @ Brydie

    Mightyape charge your credit in some cases to reserve an order to you (incase they have limited stock). Your credit card doesn't actually get charged until your order is ready for shipping but as explained in your comment it's slightly different.

    Contact Mightyape and explain this. If your story is 100% true then they will honour their word and will refund you (unless you've opened it)

    Leona says:
    @ Brydie
    We're very sorry to have let you down with this order. It was our mistake to add the replacement product to your order without double checking you were happy with the price.
    This is not our normal practice and there was a misunderstanding on our part (we assumed you had checked the price and were happy). Sorry about that. We were also unable to stop processing of your order before it shipped. Another communication break down (we must have been having a pretty bad day!).
    Please accept my sincere apologies - I know this would have been frustrating for you. The offer of a full-refund and a return satchel is still open to you if you'd like to take that up.
    If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me on 0800 994 263 :)

    Since hopefully all your team will read this, how about FINALLY giving us some decent banana point rewards... You are an online retailer with lower overheads then a retail store yet I can walk into most retailers and get some appreciation loyalty by getting discounts etc.

    I honestly think if we could redeem our B points for gift cards for Mightyape.

    EG: Earn 5000 banana points and earn $5 off your next order.

    Please consider it Mightyape :)

    Thank you for offering an apology and fixing things after it all went a bit wrong. There can be pitfalls when buying over the net and not all companies are trustworthy. I will continue to use the site as I hadn't had any problems previously.
