Frank Ocean, the smooth R&B singer from the Odd Future collective, has released his new full-length album channel ORANGE. Channel ORANGE is the follow-up to Frank's critically acclaimed mixtape nostalgia, ULTRA which was distributed last year for free.
The album is produced by Frank Ocean, Malay, Om'Mas Keith, and Pharrell Williams (The Neptunes, N.E.R.D.) and features guest vocals from Andre 3000 (OutKast), and Odd Future rappers Tyler, The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt.
The album is particularly significant because of Frank's bold revelation that he is bisexual, a fact that he references on several songs on channel ORANGE. Frank Ocean is one of the first major hip-hop/R&B artists to announce that he has been in a same-sex relationship.
